As Minister of Global Outreach, Jeff is one who has heard the call and continues to “GO” where God sends him. Jeff, a native of Oklahoma, graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, earned a Master of Divinity degree from SBTS in Louisville, and earned a Doctor of Ministry degree in Missiology from MABTS in Memphis. Jeff now serves as the Minister of Global Outreach and 55+. Jeff enjoys serving this age group through fellowship lunches, trips, special events, and visitation. He has been in the gospel ministry since 1981 having served as; IMB missionary in Spain; senior pastor; assistant pastor in France, and an IMB missionary journeyman in Thailand. Jeff and wife, Cecilia, married since 1985, have four grown children and one grandson. Cecilia grew up in SE Asia and Europe with her IMB missionary parents. Jeff has written for the North American Mission Board, writes for the Women’s Missionary Union, and is Missions Team Leader of West Union Baptist Association.
