Patrick Greer

Patrick Greer joined the Lone Oak FBC team in May of 2014 initially as the Minister to High School Students. He now serves as the Minister of Recreation and Young Adults. Having played and loved sports his entire life, he sees this as a great fit to use his passion for sports and his burden for the lost to share the Gospel to children and adults. Patrick is not new to western Kentucky, both he and his wife, Abby, grew up in Murray, Kentucky and graduated from Murray State University. After they were married, they moved to Wheaton, Illinois outside of Chicago. In Wheaton, Patrick led mission trips and backpacking trips before serving as a middle school youth minister in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. He then joined Crossings Ministry in Louisville, Kentucky as their Director of Programming for over five years. Patrick and Abby have been married since 2005 and have three sons: Maddox, Jonas, and Jack. Patrick loves sports of all kinds, running, and pheasant hunting with his dog, Zeke. But most of all he enjoys spending time with his family.
